Gunslinger is a simple trail that is mainly used for access to and from Bronco Peak. The majority of the trail is a slightly rutted dirt road, although there is one small rocky sections and occasionally some sections of ruts can get bigger.

This write-up details the trail as it was run from Bronco Peak to Morena Stokes Valley Road. Pictures, waypoints and other information pertaining to this write-up will reflect running the trail in this direction.

Bronco Peak Junction - This is typically the end of the trail, we ran it backwards using it as an access trail back to four corners. The trail and junction are well marked, Gunslinger (#11) to the right and Bronco Flats (#5) to the left.

Rocky Section - This is the most difficult section of the trail and it does have a bypass around the rocks.

Trailhead - This is typically the trailhead for Gunslinger, ending point for us. Access from Morena Stokes Valley Road is well marked and easy to find. This is also the location of the new 911A loop. 911A is marked and goes to the right and Gunslinger to the left, when looking back at the trails from Morena Stokes Valley Road.
